263 grams Leek
251 grams Onion
139 grams Celery
116 grams Potato
11 grams stock cube
1015 grams water
200 ml skim milk

Recipe Directions for Celery, Leek and Potato Soup

  1. chop all the vegetables and add to a pan with the water stock cube and dried herbs of your choice.

  2. Bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes or until all the veg are soft.

  3. Liquidise, add the skim milk, re heat and serve.
