Recipe Ingredients for Celeriac Winter Salad

2 cups grated celeriac
1 cup grated carrot
2 green onions, chopped
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
1/4 cup raisins
1 tbsp flax seeds
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 salt
1 pepper
1/4 tsp basil

  1. grate celeriac and carrots

  2. add the rest of the ingredients

  3. **I also will add some kind of grain to it if I'm having it for my meal.
