2 cup pieces Celeriac
2 parsnip (9" long) Parsnips
1 small Onions
4 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
1 tbsp Curry Powder
1 tsp Ginger Root
4 clove Garlic
30 grams Chicken Stock
1.5 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
5 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery

Recipe Directions for Celeriac (celery root) parsnip soup

chop everything - put garlic and onions and celery in pot, saute, add everything else except milk, bring to boil then simmer for 25 minutes then remove bay leaves add milk, stir through and blend
