100 g celeriac 5 1/2 oz carrot 2 tbsp mayo 2 tbsp full fat greek yoghurt 1 tbsp lemon juice seasoning

100 grams Celeriac
5.5 oz Carrots
26 g Real Mayonnaise
26 grams TOTAL Greek Yoghurt
2 wedge yields Lemon Juice

Recipe Directions for Celeriac and Carrot Slaw

Grate the vegetables and mix together in a bowl with the rest of ingredients. Season to taste. Leave for 20 to 30 minutes before serving for flavours and juice/sauce to develop.
