12 ounce salmon fillet
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp mustard
1 cup herbs, chopped

Recipe Directions for Cedar Plank Honey Mustard Salmon

  1. Soak a cedar plank for at least one and up to 12 hours. Season the top surface of the plank with olive or vegetable oil.

  2. Place salmon skin side down on the plank.

  3. Mix the chopped herbs, honey and mustard in a bowl. Brush mixture over salmon.

  4. Grill until salmon is barely opaque in the center.
