100 g chickpea flour
200 g water
1 g salt
1/2 g pepper
10 g olive oil

Recipe Directions for cecina

  1. add slowly water to flour and mix, add salt

  2. let the mix rest in refrigerator for 1 hour

  3. add the oil and mix

  4. put in oven at 180 C for 20 minutes

  5. serve with fresh black pepper
