Fried rice using leftover fajita strips, broccoli, onions, cooked carrots, mushrooms.

Recipe Ingredients for CEC Fried Rice

2 strips bacon
1 tbsp canola oil
10 mushrooms, sliced
10 carrots, baby sliced
1 cup broccoli, cooked
2 ounces sirloin
1/4 cup onions, cooked
1 egg
2 cups instant brown rice
1 tbsp soy sauce, low sodium

Recipe Directions for CEC Fried Rice

  1. Fry bacon, remove from pan and crumble.

  2. Add oil to pan, add veggies and cook til tender.

  3. Push veggies aside and put beaten egg in pan, scramble.

  4. Add rice, fried rice seasoning, and low sodium soy sauce.

  5. Heat through and serve.
