iceberg lettuce shredded, praise lite caesar salad dressing, grilled chicken, other vegetable of choice. mix together and eat.

Recipe Ingredients for ceasar salad

1 cup, shredded or chopped Lettuce, Iceberg

Recipe Directions for ceasar salad

  1. grill chicken in microwave, but first dip it in homemade sauce.

  2. 1tsp- red chilli

  3. 3tsp- tomato puree

  4. some salt

  5. 1tsp- chilli flakes.

  6. 1tsp- olive oil.

  7. mix together the above, this is ur sauce. now roll flat cut chicken breast pieces in the above mix, microwave on grill mode for 20 mins (or less) remove from micro, cut in fine pieces. mix with the vegetables and the caesar salad dressing. serve.

  8. you can also add roasted peanuts for more flavour.
