Recipe originated with Bill when I met him and over time I have adopted/adapted it as my own.

Recipe Ingredients for Ceasar Salad

1 head romain lettuce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. worchestershire sauce
3 oz. parmesian cheese
1/2 cup croutons
2 garlic cloves
1/3 cup olive oil

Recipe Directions for Ceasar Salad

  1. wash and cut Romain into bite size pieces

  2. place in bowl

  3. mix together garlic, lemon juice and worchestershire sauce into olive oil

  4. sprinkle grated parmesean cheese and croutons throughout lettuce

  5. add dressing and toss to coat lettuce

  6. serve immediately
