Home-made ceasar dressing with egg substitute-low cholestrol and reduced fa. May substitute Low fat parmesean cheese and light olive oil to reduce sat urated fat content.even further.

Recipe Ingredients for Ceasar Dressing

1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 cup Real Egg Product
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. lime juice
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 can Anchovies

Recipe Directions for Ceasar Dressing

Blend first 6 ingredeints in small blender/bullet for 30-50 seconds. Add Parmesean and Anchovies (optional) for an additional 5-seconds. Use immediatley and refrigerate any unused portion.
