A fantastic low fat alternative to the traditional Ceasar created by a true Ceasar fanatic

Recipe Ingredients for Ceasar dressing

1 egg
1 clove garlic
1 T lemon juice
1 T dijon mustard
3 Anchovies
4 oz greek yogurt
1 T olive oil
1/8 c parmesan

Recipe Directions for Ceasar dressing

  1. place egg in saucepan and cover with water, bring to simmer for 1 minute

  2. Crack coddled egg and put in cup., add garlic, lemon juice, dijon, greek yogurt and anchovies. , Using an immersion blender, mix until combined well. Slowly pour in olive oil with blender running. Stir in parmesan.
