Recipe Ingredients for CDP Cornbread Casserole

418 grams Sweet Corn Cream Style
430 grams Whole Kernel Sweet Corn
2 large Egg, Whole
1 cup(230 g) Cream, Sour, Cultured
4 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 3/4 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
3/4 cup Cornmeal
1/4 cup Sugars, Granulated
2 teaspoon Baking Powder

Recipe Directions for CDP Cornbread Casserole

  1. Combine dry ingredients, stir to blend.

  2. Whisk eggs & combine with all moist ingredients. (May substitute 1/2 c. butter for vegetable oil.)

  3. Stir all ingredients together and pour batter into 9X9 pan.

  4. Bake 350 degrees 1-1.25 hrs until golden brown.
