Recipe Ingredients for CCK's Deep Dish Cookie Pie

1 cup Garbanzo Beans (Chick Peas), Organic
80 grams Quick Quaker Oats
0.25 cup Applesauce - Unsweetened
3 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
0.5 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Baking Powder
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
1.5 cup, unpacked Sugars, Brown
1 cup Chocolate Chips Semi-Sweet

Recipe Directions for CCK's Deep Dish Cookie Pie

Blend everything (except the chips) very well in a food processor. Mix in chips, and pour into an oiled pan (I used a 10-inch springform pan, but you can use a smaller pan if you want a really deep-dish pie.) Cook at 350F for around 35 minutes. Let stand at least 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
