0.08 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
0.08 cup Tofu, Firm
1 fl oz Original Almond Breeze Unsweetened
1 packet Stevia

Recipe Directions for CCK shortcake pancakes

  1. Mix blueberries, flour, baking powder, salt vanilla, applesauce and a packet of stevia. Cook these in a skillet.

  2. In a blender add tofu almond milk and stevia. Belnd and top pancakes with this mix.
