Recipe Ingredients for CCC (Carrot Cauliflower Cabbage) Soup

1 cup Cauliflower
55 grams Carrots
20 grams Onions
135 grams Green Cabbage
1 cup Chicken Stock
1 tsp Olive Oil
0.13 Thyme, Dried
10 grams Original Raw Chia Seed Powder

Recipe Directions for CCC (Carrot Cauliflower Cabbage) Soup

  1. Combine all ingredients in a pot over medium-high heat; bring to a simmer and cook until vegetables are tender (around 15 min).

  2. Transfer contents to a blender (I use a Magic Bullet) and blend until smooth. Season to taste if you like. Sometimes I leave pieces of vegetables unblended for a chunkier soup.
