Recipe Ingredients for CCarb-SPINACH: EGG Dish

350 g. frozen spinach, thawed
2 onions
2 tsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 pinch of nutmeg
3 eggs
45 g. cheddar cheese
2 tbsp milk

Recipe Directions for CCarb-SPINACH: EGG Dish

  1. Thaw spinach overnight

  2. Heat pan & oil (not so hot to not let the oil smoke, this causes oxydation)

  3. Crush garlic to release chemical reaction which prevents cancer and other ailments (may be skipped)

  4. Dice onions

  5. Sauté onions and garlic until near-translucent (or somewhat)

  6. Put in spinach to heat

  7. Grate cheese.

  8. In a bowl, mix eggs, cheese, milk (skip milk from now on) and pour over spinach.

  9. Let cook.
