Taken daily, over time, this will reverse aging signs. Dr. Oz takes this in the morning, and follows with a shot of cod liver oil, which is rich in vitamin D. recipe source from internet: http://www.oprah.com/health/Dr-Oz-on-How-to-Turn-Back-Time/11 Note: follow the amounts for parsley and celery in their simpler form: 1 bunch of parsley, and, 1 heart of celery. I had to put in the weight measurements in grams for the Calorie Count had problems interpreting the simpler form of measures.

Recipe Ingredients for CCarb-Greens: DRINK - Dr. Oz (Mehmet Oz) GREEN drink

2 cups spinach
2 cups cucumber
200 g celery heart (whatever amounts to a celery heart)
1 teaspoon ginger (1/2 inch)
100 g. fresh parsley (a simple bunch of fresh parsley will do just fine)
2 apples
1 lime, juiced
1/2 lemon, juiced

Recipe Directions for CCarb-Greens: DRINK - Dr. Oz (Mehmet Oz) GREEN drink

  1. Mince fresh ginger root

  2. Wash all fruits and vegetables, twice of not organic.

  3. Juice the half lemon and lime, mix thoroughly in a blender all ingredients.

  4. Note: best to use organic celery, apples and spinach, since they contain high levels of pesticides... for spinach, a low cost option is to use thawed frozen spinach.

  5. For a shortcut, try using a mandoline for the ginger...
