From the instructions on "Bob's Red Mill" cornbread mix package. Not expensive to buy.

Recipe Ingredients for CCarb-CORN : Cornbread (gluten-free)

567 g. (1 package) Cornbread mix "Bob's Red Mill"
1 1/2 cup milk, or rice or soy beverage
1/3 cup oil or melted butter
2 eggs

Recipe Directions for CCarb-CORN : Cornbread (gluten-free)

  1. Have all ingredients at room temperature

  2. Preheat oven to 190 C (375 F)

  3. Place package of cornbread mix in a large mixer bowl.

  4. Add 375 ml (1 1/2 cup) milk, 2 large eggs and 83 ml (1/3 cup) canola oil or melted butter.

  5. Mix on low speed with electric mixer until blended. Beat another 30 seconds with mixer on high.

  6. Bake 25 minutes or until nicely browned.
