Exercise : Should I follow the Exercise Plan or use the Workout Center? (FAQs)
It depends on your experience in this field. If you have exercised in the past and have been able to lose weight or tone up with those sets of routines, then you probably don't need any guidance or a detailed exercise plan. In that case, you will find the Workout Center to be a great resource for finding new and exciting exercises in order to prevent plateaus. <br><br> For all other cases, you would well advised to start out with the Exercise Plan. In addition to providing step-by-step and day-by-day workout instructions, it also covers the nutrition and other aspects involved in exercising.
