1 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1/4 cup Cereal
1 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched, Dry
2 tablespoon Raw Wheat Germ

Recipe Directions for CBC Oatmeal #1

  1. Boil Red River Cereal and Oats in water and milk

  2. Add Wheat Germ

  3. Boil until done

  4. Add brown sugar and sunflower seeds to taste.
