4 oz Yogurt, Plain, Skim Milk, 13 Grams Protein Per 8 Ounce
1 serving Holy Crap Cereal
1 1/2 oz Blueberries
1 oz Mangos
1 1/2 oz strawberries

Recipe Directions for CBC Breakfast Parfait

  1. Soak the 2 Tablespoons of Holy Crap cereal in 1/4 lukewarm water for approximately 5 minutes.

  2. Using a container with a lid, layer ingredients starting with soaked Holy Crap cereal, yogurt and finishing with chopped mixed fruit.
