Cayenne pepper, lemon and red onion rub for chicken. I typically grill it in a grill skillet and foil, but you can bake it or even pan sear it. =)

Recipe Ingredients for Cayenne & Lemon Rubbed Chicken

21 oz. chicken breast
6 oz. lemon
1/2 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
2 tbsp. minced red onion

Recipe Directions for Cayenne & Lemon Rubbed Chicken

  1. Cut chicken into 1 oz. strips and place in foil-lined grill skillet.

  2. Cut lemon[s] into discs and squeeze over chicken.

  3. Dust chicken with cayenne pepper, and then rub to evenly distribute.

  4. Sprinkle diced red onions over chicken.

  5. Add squeezed lemon rinds.

  6. Fold foil over chicken and grill until done.
