Great snack or side dish. Melt butter first

Recipe Ingredients for Cauliflower, Whole Baked

1 head cauliflower
1/2 cup oatmeal, old fashioned, dry, ground
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
2 tablespoons butter , melted
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 pinch red pepper flakes or chili powder
1 pinch oregano

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower, Whole Baked

  1. Steam whole cauliflower in veggie steamer (1 inch of water in pot) for about 20 minutes or until tender.

  2. Preheat oven to 375.

  3. Combine all other ingredients in bowl & mix well.

  4. Place the cauliflower in baking dish; coat with oatmeal mixture.

  5. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes or until golden brown.
