Cauliflower vegetable with tomatoes and peas.

Recipe Ingredients for Cauliflower Vegetable

4 cups cauliflower
2 tomatoes (finely chopped)
1/2 cup peas
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp chilli powder
1 1/2 tsp of cumin powder
1/2 tsp mustard seeds

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower Vegetable

Cut the cauliflower into small pieces. Heat oil on stove at medium heat. Add mustard seeds to the oil, then add little bit of chilli powder once the mustard seeds starts popping. Immediately add 1/2 cup of cauliflower and stir for 2 mintues. Add the rest of the cauliflower, peas, and the spices with salt, let it cook for next 10 to 15 mintues. To the very end, add the finely diced tomatoes and allow it to cook for next 5 mintues. Serve hot with some rotis.
