Recipe Ingredients for Cauliflower Tots

1 head cauliflower, stems removed
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 eggs
1 cup soy flour
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower Tots

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Turn down to medium and cook cauliflower until tender, about 8-10 minutes.

  2. Add cauliflower and remaining ingredients into a food processor.

  3. Heat deep fryer to 350. Scoop into fry and fry until crisp.
