1 lb cauliflower florets (one large head, separated into florets)
1 salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, smashed
1/4 cup bread crumbs
4 tbsp cheese, Romano, finely grated

Recipe Directions for cauliflower, steamed 'al dente'

steam the cauliflower florets 'al dente'. spread florets out on a cookie sheet. brush with garlic infused olive oil. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Place under high broiler until golden brown (one minute or until golden brown). Sprinkle with grated Romano cheese and serve.
