Sneaky spaghetti sauce hides the veggies by blending them in a food processor and slow-cooking for 3 hours. The corn added a tad of sweetness that was missing, but something else is lacking. I'll find out what next batch.

Recipe Ingredients for Cauliflower Spaghetti Sauce

2 tomato Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1/4 cup Onions, Dehydrated Flakes
8 grams Basil, Fresh
2 cup Soup, Tomato
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
82 grams Corn, Sweet, Yellow
108 grams Cauliflower
48 grams Garbanzo Beans - 50% less sodium

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower Spaghetti Sauce

Mix into slow cooker all ingredients except beans and cauliflower. Blend the beans and cauliflower separately in a blender or food processor and add to the slow-cooker. Cook on low 3 hours.
