Cauliflower soup with vegetable broth

Recipe Ingredients for Cauliflower soup - vegetarian

4 serving Vegetable Broth, Low Sodium, Trader Joe's
450 grams Cauliflower
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 large Onions
4 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower soup - vegetarian

Saute onions and garlic in olive oil. Add broth and cauliflower and boil until soft. Remove solids and process in food processor with some of the liquid until smooth. Return pureed solids to broth and mix until smooth. Season to taste with salt, black and white pepper.
