Delicious and easy soup to make - make sure to use FROZEN cauliflower!!

Recipe Ingredients for Cauliflower Soup

2 cup Chicken Broth
16 oz Cauliflower
1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
1 medium Carrots
1/2 cup, chopped Onions
1/2 teaspoon Thyme
1 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
1 1/2 cup Reduced Fat Mild Cheddar Shredded Cheese

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower Soup

  1. Place all ingredients EXCEPT for milk and cheese into a crockpot and cook on low 4-6 hours until all vegetables are very tender.

  2. Carefully pour contents of crockpot into work bowl of food processor and blend until smooth.

  3. Transfer to saucepan and stir in milk and cheese and stir constantly, over medium heat, until cheese is melted.
