Recipe Ingredients for CAULIFLOWER SOUP

2 cups cauliflower
1 large potato
1 medium onion, diced
2 tbsp dill seed
2 tbsp clarified butter
8 cup beef stock
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp pepper
100 ml cream
2 garlic cloves

Recipe Directions for CAULIFLOWER SOUP

  1. heat in a pan the butter, add garlic and onion for about 4 minutes

  2. Keep the stock warm

  3. In a big pan add the fried onion and garlic, potato and boil fro 10 minutes, add cauliflower and boil for about 5 minutes or until done.

  4. Mash the soup, and add cilandro and cream after turning off the fire.

  5. Serve with parmensan and warm pita.
