Recipe Ingredients for Cauliflower soup

4 cups cauliflower florets
1500 milliliters stock
175 grams bowtie pasta
150 milliliters milk
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower soup

  1. Bring vegetable stock to a boil and add cauliflower. Let simmer until soft, about 10 minutes. Remove with slotted spoon and put in food processor.

  2. Put bowties in stock and boil until ready. Remove them with slotted spoon and set aside.

  3. Add milk, nutmeg, cayenne pepper, salt and stock to the cauliflower and puree. Add bowties. Serve.
