Bring chicken stock to a boil Add cauliflower florets and reduce heat on stove top to medium Once cauliflower has become tender either blend with a stick blender or remove from heat and blend using a blender and pour soup back into saucepan. Stir in cream, chives and season to taste.

1 head, large (6-7" dia) Cauliflower
6 cup Organic Chicken Cooking Stock
0.75 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Cream, Fluid, Light Whipping
4 tbsp chopped Chives
1 Teaspoon Chilli Powder
