Recipe Ingredients for Cauliflower soup

1 medium head raw Cauliflower
2 stalks Celery
1 medium Onions
1 cup slices Carrots
1.5 1tsp Olive Oil
4 cup Soup, Chicken Broth

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower soup

  1. Chop cauliflower, celery, onion, and carrots.

  2. Boil chopped veggies in water until tender.

  3. Drain veggies and add to a blender with the chicken broth. Blend to desired consistency and add seasonings to taste: black pepper, salt, a tiny bit of vanilla extract, garlic, etc.
