Low calorie roasted cauliflower soup

Recipe Ingredients for Cauliflower Soup

1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
1 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower
2 small Onions
1 cup, strips or slices(122 g) Carrots
2.5 cup Organic Chicken Cooking Stock

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower Soup

roast cauliflower and onion in 400" oven for 20 minutes. Cook carrots, and potatoes in stock. Add cauliflower and onions and cook until soft. Puree in blender. Season with nutmeg, curry powder, garlic salt, and pepper. Sprinkle with fresh cilantro
