Recipe Ingredients for Cauliflower Soup/Puree

4 cups chopped cauliflower, steamed
1 large carrot, steamed
1 onion red medium,
5 shitake mushrooms,
1 small red pepper
1 clove garlic
2 tsp Thai herb and spice blend,
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp lemon pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup almond milk,

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower Soup/Puree

  1. Sautee olive oil, mushrooms, onion, garlic, pepper, and spices and set aside

  2. Steam cauliflower and carrots

  3. Puree in blender with almond milk and water.
