Recipe Ingredients for Cauliflower Souffle courtesy of Tamisa

1/4 cup nonfat milk
20 grams feta cheese
50 grams farmer's cheese
2 1/2 cups cauliflower
1 cup broccoli
1 medium egg
1 egg white
1 spray olive oil

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower Souffle courtesy of Tamisa

  1. Boil cauliflower and broccoli pieces for 10 minutes, drain.

  2. Spray a deep casserole with olive oil.

  3. Place the drained veggies in the dish.

  4. Crumble feta and shred farmer cheese in a small bowl.

  5. Add beaten egg, egg white, pepper, some dill weed and the milk, mixing well.

  6. Pour mix over the veggies and bake in a hot oven (400) for about 25 minutes till egg is set.
