2 heads cauliflower
1 tbs butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower smash!

Cut florets into small pieces and steam, microwave, or pressure cook until soft. Do not boil - too watery! Put cooked cauliflower into blender with butter and cream and puree. Serve and enjoy!
