Recipe Ingredients for Cauliflower with scallions

2 cups cauliflower florets
2 teaspoons margarine or butter
3 scallions, sliced
1 salt and pepper

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower with scallions

  1. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook cauliflower until tender, 3 to 5 minutes. Drain and transfer to serving dish

  2. In a small skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add scallions and cook 2 minutes. Pour over cauliflower and toss. Season w/ salt and pepper, and serve hot
