Salad, side dish to serve warm or chilled. Gets better as it stands.

Recipe Ingredients for Cauliflower Salad

3 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 tbsp, drained Capers, Canned
2 tsp Classic Dijon Mustard
0.25 cup Olive Oil
2 tbsp White Wine Vinegar, Organic
3 tablespoon Italian Parsley

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower Salad

Break Cauliflower into florets. Blanch 3 min in boiling water, then drain. Add chopped red onion, and chopped parsley. Whisk mustard, olive oil and vinegar to dress. Pinch of salt and fresh pepper, and capers. Toss together.
