12 ounces cauliflower, cut into 3/4 inch pieces
6 ounces red pepper, cur into 1 inch strips
1 clove garlic
1 tsp olive oil
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower Roasted with Red Pepper

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

  2. In large bowl, toss cauliflower, red pepper, garlic, oil, salt and pepper until evenly coated.

  3. Arrange vegetables in single layer in a sheet pan. Roast vegetables 20 minutes or until tender.
