Recipe Ingredients for Cauliflower Rice

1 head Cauliflower
2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower Rice

  1. Clean and trim one large head of cauliflower.

  2. Break cauliflower up and blend in a blender until it looks like rice.

  3. Heat a large pan with 1 or 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add cauliflower rice and cook until taste suits you. (I cook it for about 30mins and brown a few bits)

  4. Salt and pepper to taste.
