A simple, low calorie, low carb alternative to traditional smashed potatoes.

Recipe Ingredients for Cauliflower & Potato Smash

545 grams Cauliflower
125 grams Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
2 tbsp Original Natural Buttery Spread
2 tbsp Fat Free Sour Cream

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower & Potato Smash

  1. Dice veggies (I like to leave the skins on the potatoes).

  2. Steam veggies until soft (appx 25 minutes).

  3. Blend veggies in food processor, with butter and sour cream. Feel free to add any additional fixins (cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, green onions, etc -- not included in calorie count).

  4. Once you reach the consistency you'd like, enjoy!

  5. Makes 6 large servings.
