Recipe Ingredients for Cauliflower/Potato Mash

1 head cauliflower, steamed
3 medium red potatoes, steamed
4 tbsp Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup skim milk

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower/Potato Mash

  1. cut potatoes and cauliflower in to one inch pieces

  2. steam potatoes and cauliflower

  3. mash when done and add Smart Balance, yogurt, cheese and milk
