Recipe Ingredients for Cauliflower Poppers

32 oz Cauliflower Florets
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Chili Powder
1/4 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower Poppers

  1. Toss the florets with the olive oil, chili powder, and cumin, salt or salt substitute. Roast it for 20-30 minutes until the florets are browned and soft, tossing once.

  2. Serve.
