1 CRUST: cup Egg Beaters 3/8 cup 2% low-fat shredded Mexican 4-cheese variety 1 cup Fresh Raw Cauliflower, shredded in a food processor Dash of Italian Seasoning (optional) TOP WITH EACH TOPPING PER PIZZA 2 tsp Ragu Pizza Quick sauce (only .5g of sugar = 2 condiments) 1/4 cup 2% low-fat shredded Mozzarella cheese (1/4 lean) 1/4 cup of the Morning Star Sausage crumbles (or meat of your choice) (1/4 lean) 1/2 cup of veggies - bell peppers, mushrooms, etc. (1 green) Put back in oven for about 10 minutes so that the cheese melts.

Recipe Ingredients for Cauliflower Pizza

1/4 cup Egg Beaters
3 ounces mexican cheese
1 cup Cauliflower
2 tsp marinara sauce
1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese
1 ounce turkey pepperoni
1/8 yellow pepper
1 tbsp mushroom
2 tbsp tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower Pizza

  1. Mix together crust and put onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (you can your foil sprayed with cooking spray, but parchment paper works much better).

  2. Spread out into a circle and pat down so it all sticks together and is an even layer. Bake for 15 minutes (about 5 minutes longer if using foil) at 450, until it starts to brown, then flip over and bake for another 10 minutes.

  3. Top with sauce and veggies.

  4. Put back in oven for about 10 minutes so that the cheese melts.
