Recipe Ingredients for Cauliflower Pizza Crust

6 cups cauliflower
1 egg
3 ounces Mozzerella Cheese - Low Moisture
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower Pizza Crust

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Rice one head of cauliflower, then steam until done.

  3. Wait for cauliflower to cool down, then put in thin dish towel and squeeze all the excess moisture out. Put cauliflower in bowl and add rest of ingredients, then mix.

  4. Place parchment paper on baking sheet, put mixture on the parchment paper and mold into crust shape of choice, making sure it's about 1/3 inch thick.

  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, take out and add toppings, then return to oven and bake 10-15 minutes more, or until cheese melts.
