Super light, healthy and delicious pizza crust!

Recipe Ingredients for Cauliflower Pizza Crust

1/2 head cauliflower
1 egg
2 oz shredded part skim mozzarella

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower Pizza Crust

  1. Shred cauliflower on a cheese grater into a bowl and microwave for 8 minutes

  2. Mix in cheese and egg (it might take two eggs... I'm still tweaking the recipe) and any herbs and spices.

  3. Dump onto a greased pizza pan, spread, and bake 10 or so minutes, until lightly browned and dry-looking.

  4. Top with your favorite (pre-cooked) ingredients and pop in the broiler to melt cheese!
