Recipe Ingredients for Cauliflower "pizza" bases

2 cup Cauliflower
1 large Egg, Whole
20 grams Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower "pizza" bases

  1. Pre heat oven to 200degrees C

  2. Place 2 cauliflower heads into the food proccessor and blend to a rice consistency

  3. In a bowl mix the egg, cheese and cauliflower together

  4. Scoop the mixture onto baking paper and place in pre heated oven for 15mins

  5. Add favourite pizza topping and return to oven for 5 mins
