Recipe Ingredients for Cauliflower Pilaf

4 cups cauliflower
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/3 cup peppers
1/4 cup onion
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cube chicken bouillon (vegan)

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower Pilaf

  1. Grate the fresh cauliflower into rice size pcs.

  2. saute onions and peppers until a bit soft in large frying pan with butter flavored pam

  3. add cauliflower and remaining ingredients stirring briskly for about 8-10 minutes until cauliflower is just cooked but not mushy

  4. serve with a pat of butter or some Parmesan cheese
