Recipe Ingredients for Cauliflower and Peanut Salad

238 g. cauliflower
153 g. green beans
1 scallion
3 tbsp. chopped parsley
35 g. sweet chili sauce
26 g. dry roasted peanuts
2 tbs. red pepper

Recipe Directions for Cauliflower and Peanut Salad

Cook the cauliflower nad the beans until just tender and set them aside to cool. Add the scallions, parsley and the sauce nad toss the salad to combine all the ingredients thoroughly. If wanted add yogurt or sour cream to the top of the salad, and serve scattered with red pepper, and additional peanuts.
